When is my Rent Due?
Your rent is due on the 1st of each month, regardless whether it is a weekend, holiday, or business hours. Payment needs to be made via the Doorloop Tenant Portal or through Chase bank (See Account and Routing number above).
Is there a Grace Period or Late Fee?
We have a 5 day Grace period, which means that late fees will not be assessed until the 6th day of the month. Please see the Doorloop Resident Portal for the current Late Fee.
Will my Rent Increase?
Every year your rent will be re-evaluated for rent increase according to your lease terms, which can be found in the Doorloop Resident Portal
May I Renew my Lease?
Reach out to us through the Doorloop Resident Portal if you are interested in having your lease renewed. Changes to lease agreements shall only go into effect at the end of the current lease period.
